When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 2pm and check-out finishes at 2pm.
Can I check-out late?
No, but you can leave your luggage at the reception desk.
Can I choose the type of beds in my room? ( double bed – two beds)
Yes, depending on occupation and requesting them in advance.
We are travelling with 1 or more children. Could we have an additional bed in a double room? Is there any other possibility?
We have triple rooms.
Do your rooms have a balcony? Can I book one?
Some do. You can book one requesting it beforehand.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
Yes, there are non-smoking rooms.
How many floors are there in the building? Is there a lift/elevator?
The building has five floors and one lift/elevator.
Is there air-conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
There is but it only works during the summer.
Is your hotel disabled friendly?
Unfortunately, not at the moment.
Could you store my luggage for me when I check-out?
Of course.
Is there a safe car park? How much does it cost?
There is a public car park that costs about €30 per day.
Is there high speed Internet access in the rooms for laptops? Is it wireless?
Yes, we have free Wi-Fi connection.
Do you have any romantic and quiet room? How can I book it?
Yes, upon request.
What languages do they speak at reception?
French, English, Portuguese, Arabic and Russian.
Where can I rent a car?
We can help you to rent a car.
How much is breakfast? What does it include? What time is it served? Do you have room service?
It costs €12 per person. We offer our customers a comprehensive buffet breakfast that includes: yoghourt, cereals, jam, cheese, fruit, butter, coffee, tea, chocolate, honey, cakes, white bread, wholemeal bread and toasts. It is served between 7am and 10pm and we also have room service.
